Step 1 – Obtain a referral from your GP or Specialist
To see our psychiatrist
Patients must obtain a referral letter from a GP (usually valid for 12 months) or a Specialist (usually valid for 3 months).
Step 2 - Complete the New Patient Appointment Request Form
Please complete the below New Patient Appointment Request Form. You will be required to upload a referral letter at the time of booking request. Our reception team will give you a call once we have received your request.
Step 3 - Booking and Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you read our Booking Policy before requesting an appointment.
- We do not offer any bulk-billing services in our clinic. If you are experiencing any financial hardship, please discuss options with your GP.
- Our administration will inform you of our consultation fees when you make a booking.
- Please note that Dr Aghdaee does not provide prescriptions outside of scheduled sessions.
- You may cancel your appointment up to three business days before the scheduled time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- A minimum of 3 full business days’ notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment; otherwise, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
